- In order to better learn about the work and life situation of our team, we Fineland team regularly hold work sharing meeting and birthday party about once a month.

Today we have a work and life sharing meeting and a birthday party.
The content includes the following:
1. Welcome two new colleagues to join Fineland Chem. And new colleagues introduce themselves.
2. Celebrate happy birthday to Avivi from our sales department.
3. Each employee takes turns to talk about their experience and problems in business. And share recent life situations, including hobbies and insights, etc. At the same time, other colleagues can actively ask questions to the speaker. Everyone is free to share.
This meeting enhanced the understanding among colleagues, and everyone shared their experiences and summaries.
